Live auctions run on a timer tied to the host's active queue item.
Before bidding:
- Sign in and open a live wallet-ready state (payment + shipping on file).
- Enter the live room while the item you want is active (pinned by host).
Place a bid on mobile:
- Watch the current price and timer on the commerce bar.
- Use Hold to Bid or the bid button shown for the active item.
- Confirm your bid — bids are binding when the timer ends.
- If outbid, bid again before time expires.
- If you win, payment runs against your wallet card on file or prompts you to complete checkout.
On web:
- Same flow in the live auction room — confirm wallet readiness.
- Enter bid amount or use quick bid increments as shown.
Tips:
- Latency matters near timer end — bid early enough to avoid missing the close.
- Ensure sufficient card limit for hammer price plus shipping/tax.
- Won items appear under My Account → Orders for tracking.
